Desktop Publishing Program
$1995.........84 Hours / 7 Weeks
This program prepares students for entry level positions in desktop publishing. Most businesses have a need for advertising and marketing material in the form of flyers, brochures, newsletters, etc. The skills learned in this program will be beneficial for an employee in sales, marketing, public relations or even an administrative role. Each student will have the opportunity to complete up to 3 portfolio pieces for a presentation of their work to a perspective employer. This class is offered using Macintosh or Windows platforms.

Web Design
$1995.............72 Hours / 6Weeks
This program prepares students for a career in website development and design. The skills acquired in this program will be found valuable by employers, whether working with an in-house design team or on an independent basis. The new skills learned in this program will be applied to complete a portfolio piece for a presentation to a perspective employer.

Website Design Program curriculum includes:
• Importing text from Word
• HTML Programming
• Macromedia Dreamweaver™
• Macromedia Flash™
• Connecting to the Internet
• File Transfer Protocol
• Browsers, Meta Tags, and Search Engines,

Recommended Electives include:
• Adobe® Illustrator®
• Adobe® Photoshop®
